Mading family National Park Trip

We made it to Texas! And yes, don’t worry, we did listen to “Amarillo By Morning” on the way in. We also visited the Cadillac Ranch. Yesterday, in Santa Fe, we visited a park and had a picnic, went to the Loretto Chapel, and the Plaza downtown. We got in lots of pool time and ate some pizza with roasted hatch chiles, mmmm! We rode in on Route 66 today and stopped at the Midpoint Cafe, aka “Flo’s Diner,” from the Cars movie. The burgers and cherry cobbler were to die for!
